How to get started

The bpost business portal enables you to access a range of e-services which can help your organization with its business shipments. If you want to discover those services, click here.

To access those services, to try them and benefit from them, you need to follow 3 very easy steps :

1. Register
Before bpost can grant access to the portal, you will first have to register to an application on the portal. To review the specific registration process per application, click on "how to register".

2. Sign in
Once the application for registration is processed, you will receive a username and a password by e-mail or by registered mail, depending on the application to which you requested access. This will allow you to log into the portal via the corporate website.

3. Use your applications and discover others
Once logged in, you can use the applications for which you registered. You can also discover the other e-services of bpost by clicking on the links of the applications which are displayed on the portal homepage.
