Straight to a Pick-up point

The parcel will be delivered by 11:00 to the selected Pick-up Point or Parcel Locker.

First to the customer’s home

If nobody is home, your customer can choose to have their parcel left:

  • With a neighbour
  • In a safe place
  • At a Pick-up point or Parcel Locker nearby

    Your customer only pays when the parcel is delivered. That amount (up to €7,500.00) can be paid at the door or at a Post Office or Post Point. The amount will be deposited into your bank account on receipt.
