Customer not at home? No problem
Your customer can quickly set or change their delivery preferences via MyPreferences or in the My bpost app. The easy way for them to choose where they want their parcels delivered:
Straight to a Pick-up point
The parcel will be delivered by 11:00 to the selected Pick-up Point or Parcel Locker.
First to the customer’s home
If nobody is home, your customer can choose to have their parcel left:
- With a neighbour
- In a safe place
- At a Pick-up point or Parcel Locker nearby
