Why am I receiving a tracking request in the My bpost app?
You receive a tracking request when someone adds the barcode of your parcel in the My bpost app. You can easily accept or decline this request within the app. If you do not respond, the request will be automatically declined after 24 hours.
If you receive a request from your own email address, add the address to your profile. Your bpost parcels linked to this address will then be automatically added in the My bpost app.
