Shipping made simple and affordable! No box, printer, or label needed. Just use the My bpost app to send from one Parcel Locker to another. Exclusively in Antwerp for only €3.99 per shipment!
1. Ready to ship?
Pack your items with extra protection, like reusable packing material or a paper bag. While optional, it adds extra safety for your shipment.
2. Dive into the My bpost app
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the My bpost app*. Just tap ‘Send’, then ‘Parcel’, and select ‘Parcel Locker’ as your destination. Benefit from our cheapest shipping rate by choosing ‘Locker drop’.
*Use version 3.24.0 or higher. Check your version in the App Store or Google Play and update if needed.
3. Go to a Parcel Locker
Once you’ve paid, you’ll receive a barcode in the app and by email, granting access to over 30 participating Parcel Lockers in Antwerp.
4. Scan, ship, ready!
Head to a Parcel Locker in Antwerp with your shipment and smartphone. Scan the barcode, place your items in the locker, and you're all set! Your shipment will arrive at the recipient's chosen Parcel Locker within 3 working days.

Currently, this sustainable shipping option is available only in Antwerp. We’re testing and evaluating it, and based on the results, we may expand to other cities and regions in Belgium. For now, you can try it at over 30 participating Parcel Lockers in Antwerp.
We recommend minimal protection, such as placing your items in a paper bag or wrapping them in newspaper. However, you can still use a box if you prefer. For more details, please check our terms and conditions.
Please review our list of prohibited goods to ensure your shipment is allowed. Make sure your items fit within these maximum dimensions:
- Length: 48 cm
- Width: 32 cm
- Depth: 20 cm
You can also ship multiple items as long as they stay within these size limits.
Track your shipment easily through the ‘Send’ menu in the My bpost app. Your recipient can do the same via the ‘Receive’ menu. Alternatively, use Track & Trace with your barcode. Once the mail carrier delivers your shipment to the recipient’s Parcel Locker, they’ll receive an email or app notification.
Your shipment will remain available for 5 days for collection. If it is not collected, it will automatically be returned to your home address.
