Due to a strike at Canada Post, all parcels to Canada will experience considerable delays in delivery.

Due to the ongoing circumstances, it is no longer possible to send parcels and mail to Israel and Lebanon. Therefore, we need to stop accepting shipments to these destinations for the time being and we also need to return the parcels that are still in transit. We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed of any possible changes.

End-of-year surcharge
A surcharge of €1,00 (excl. VAT) will be invoiced per parcel sent from 29/11/2024 until 25/12/2024.
