How do I know if registered mail is on its way to me?

If we know your email address you will automatically receive an email and a notification in the My bpost app that a registered mail item is on its way. It’s easy to turn these notifications on and off in the My bpost app.

If you are unable to take receipt of this registered mail item, you have two options:

• You can have it delivered straight to your letterbox
• You can designate someone else to take receipt on your behalf
