I didn't receive a failed delivery notice in my letterbox, what should I do?

Your registered mail remains available in the designated Post Point or Post Office for 15 calendar days. A judicial letter remains available for 8 days.

You can also pick up your registered mail by showing the barcode or mailing number. Don't forget to bring your ID card. Let us know if your postman didn't leave a failed delivery notice so that we can improve our services.

If you have a failed delivery notice with details of where to pick up your registered mail, take the following with you when you go to the Pick-up point:

• The failed delivery notice
• Your ID card

If you have registered your preference in the My bpost app to have your registered mail redirected straight to a Post Office or Post Point, you just need to tell the person at the counter your name or show them the barcode of the registered mail.Have someone else pick it up?You can designate someone else to pick up your registered mail on your behalf. You do have to give that person a proxy.
