I didn’t receive a shipping label after payment. What should I do?

After payment in the My bpost app you should immediately receive a shipping label for your registered mail item in the app itself and by email. Check your junk folder or spam filter if you cannot find the email. If you are sure you have not received it, contact our customer service.
