Why isn’t all my mail shown in the My bpost app, and how can I report this?
Through My Mail, we aim to give you the fullest possible overview of mail on its way to you. During this test phase, the app shows only mail processed through our sorting machines, with your privacy fully respected. This may mean that some mail arrives in your mailbox without appearing in the app (yet).
