How and when can I choose where my registered mail is delivered if I’m not home?
You’ll get an email or a notification in the My bpost app stating the delivery date and location as soon as your registered mail is on its way. You still have time to change the time or place of delivery in the app. Your options:
- You can postpone delivery until the next working day.
- You can have the registered mail delivered straight to a Post Office or Post Point.
Please note that you won’t be able to change this choice afterward.
If you are not at home you can have someone else take receipt of your registered mail based on a proxy.
